Welcome to the new year – We don't need to wait for New Year's Day for a new opportunity to start again and progress – Don't just feel better; be better – Why don't we finish the goals we make? – Your obstacles are more inside you than outside – The restored gospel helps us understand ourselves by helping us understand God – We have the potential to become as our Heavenly Parents – You won't have the life you want if you aren't good with you – To go the distance, you must see yourself as capable of going the distance
For anything you want in life, you must pay the price in full and in advance – We dream small because we think small – Life is short and wonderful, so are you going to take the most you can get or settle? – Our potential is unlimited because we come from God Who is unlimited – Living without limits means keeping your covenants – Get out of your own way and change your self-image to match what you want to achieve – You need a strong enough why to push through – Why be realistic when the dreams you have aren't? – Many lose simply because they don't know how to win
You need to visualize your achievements, and here's how – Connecting with emotion is key – Throw off your excuses and limitations – Living big means ignoring your inner "yeah, but" voice – Success is the accumulation of small steps
